Send your organization's e-Transfer to: remittance@uwaywrc.ca - Please include your full name, organization name, and donation type (organization, workplace special event, employee bulk ticket purchase)

We will e-mail you a copy of a United Way void cheque with our banking information, so that you may forward your organization's payment. Please include your full name, organization name, and donation type (organization, workplace special event, employee bulk ticket purchase).

Please mail your organization's cheque to or drop off at 50 Sportsworld Crossing Rd, Suite 2020, Kitchener, ON N2P 0A4. Please call 519-888-6100 in advance to make arrangements for drop-off.

Please email info@uwaywrc.ca or call 519-888-6100 in advance to make arrangements for pick-up or drop-off of cash payments. We are located at 50 Sportsworld Crossing Rd, Suite 2020, Kitchener, ON N2P 0A4, Mon - Fri, 9-4 pm.

Please select a cause that your organization would like to help address. If no option is selected, your organization's donation will be directed to where it's needed most.
